No. Unused credits carry over from month to month and stay in your balance — nothing expires when a billing cycle ends. You do need an active paid plan to spend them.

Upgrading from Free is self-serve in the Boon app. To cancel, go to Settings → Payments: you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and can reactivate any time before then. Moving between two paid plans isn't self-serve yet — cancel first, then start the new one when the current period ends.

You can add your invoice details in the billing section — that solves invoicing for most companies. For now, we don't offer team billing or shared accounts, so each person needs their own account.

Your content is yours. We never use your chats, files or prompts to train Boon's models, and we contract the AI providers we work with so they don't either. We don't sell your personal data — though we do share limited cookie and device identifiers with advertising partners for campaign measurement and retargeting, which you can opt out of where the law allows. Your content is never part of that: it travels encrypted and is protected at rest by encryption and access controls.
